Victoria Cioce Assistant Vice President, Private Client Advisor Victoria makes herself available and goes above and beyond the call of duty for her clients tackling any challenges and obstacles they may face. This proven dedication and commitment sets her apart within the HUB organization, and in the entire insurance industry, as someone who truly leads by example. There have been multiple recent scenarios that demonstrate how Victoria’s creative thinking and exemplary service has guided her clients through unexpected scenarios, making sure that they are prepared and properly covered. In one recent example, Victoria received a call after hours from a wealth manager contact, asking for assistance with one of her clients, who was not currently a HUB client but had just experienced a large water loss at his secondary home. This individual’s primary residence was in NY, and the affected home is in Utah. Taking into account the severity of the water damage this home encountered, Victoria suggested they contact a restoration company immediately to properly clean and professionally dry the affected area. She walked him through documenting the claim, ensuring he took detailed photos and videos of the damage and had a record of all repair costs. She then offered to review his current homeowners’ insurance policy contract language and contacted the HUB claims team to see if they would be available for a call over the weekend to help make them feel at ease during such a stressful situation. |

Daniel Burstiner Senior Underwriter, Cyber/ E&O Division Dan is an outlier when it comes to production and execution of our underwriting strategy. Dan has taken on the direct responsibility of training and developing a trainee (now an underwriter), who is now very advanced, given his experience under Dan's tutelage. |
