Rippi Gill is Vice President, Chief Product Counsel - Property & Marine, North America at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI), serving as the lead lawyer supporting BHSI's Property, Marine & Programs business in the U.S., Canada and other international markets and providing legal and compliance advice with respect to the launch of innovative non-admitted products, scope of coverage, reinsurance, policy documentation and the handling of claims, including dispute resolution. She also manages the defense of litigations, including oversight of external counsel. Ms. Gill also provided legal and compliance advice to BHSI's Asia Middle East teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Macau and Labuan for three months in early 2019. She also serves as a regional team leader for BHSI's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) program. Ms. Gill also serves on the Diversity Committee and Women in Insurance Committee of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL).

Michael Chang serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sompo Global Risk Solutions, a strategic business unit of Sompo International, as well as Co-Leader of Sompo International Global Insurance. In his role as Co-Leader of Sompo International Global Insurance, Mr. Chang is directly responsible for Global
Product Development and Risk Control, as well as involved in all strategic decisions for the insurance organization. As CEO of Sompo Global Risk Solutions, Mr. Chang is responsible for running all facets of the business, as well as charting the strategic direction of this fast-growing and profitable operation. A recognized leader in the field of diversity and a passionate supporter of diverse talent in the insurance industry, Mr. Chang has led a number of  minority development programs and has spoken at various diversity events across the industry. Most importantly, Mr. Chang makes himself available to all that  seek his input on how to succeed in the business world.

Bonnie Boone is a producer and client executive for Gallagher’s risk management practice group. She develops strategy and places professional liability and other casualty lines for a broad range of large clients. Her expertise includes large physician groups, healthcare organizations (hospitals, MCO), large academic medical centers/ universities, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, reinsurance facultative and treaty and start- up bio tech companies. Her focus is on captives, cash flow-loss sensitive programs, and coverage analysis in these areas. She co-chairs the Managed Care Practice Group. She also manages overall coordination of Gallagher’s resources as well as account management for her business and is responsible for producing new business. This year she was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential African American Leaders in Business by National Diversity Council; in 2020 she was awarded Hall Fame Honor by IBA (Insurance Business America); and in 2019 she received the honor of Savoy Magazine's Most Influential Women in Corporate America as well as a Life Time Achievement Award from NAIAA.
