Maureen C. Caviston, CPCU is an Executive Vice President at Amwins Group, Inc.  Maureen is responsible for carrier relations and retailer relationship management on Amwins Broker Support Team.  Since graduating with a BA from The Pennsylvania State University, Maureen has spent her entire career in Wholesale Brokerage, starting in the Philadelphia area with Bryson Associates (ultimately sold to Aon Group and became part of Swett & Crawford).  Maureen produced and brokered a book of business focused on Casualty and Healthcare.  She moved to NYC to establish a NY branch for Bryson and led that office until January of 2001 when she joined Partners Specialty Group (PSG) as President/COO.  PSG was sold to Amwins June 1, 2017, when she assumed her current role.  Maureen has participated in several Industry Associations during her career – PIWA, ELANY & NAPSLO.  Maureen served as the first female President of NAPSLO for the 1995-96 term.  She currently serves on the board of the WSIA (formerly NAPSLO) Educational Foundation.

   

 Christina Warner    |   VP Commercial Officer, CNA

Christina Warner serves as Vice President, Commercial Officer for the CNA New York City Branch. In this role, she is responsible in overseeing the P&L and maintaining profitable growth of the commercial book of business, managing talent, and developing strategic broker relationships. 

Prior to joining CNA in 2016, Christina began her career at Chubb Group of Insurance companies holding various positions in the commercial organization including Vice President, Underwriting Manager in NYC. 

Christina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the  University of Delaware.

Renee Yozzi    |    SVP Customer & Broker Engagement, Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance  

At BHSI, Renée is currently responsible for leading regional growth strategies and for bringing solutions to the market across product lines through active engagement with customers. She also works with product leaders and their teams to increase visibility and engage with brokers to execute broker communication strategies most effectively. 

Prior to joining BHSI, Renée was the Director – Risk, Audit, and Sustainability for Benjamin  Moore & Co.. In this role, Renée set strategic risk management objectives. She chaired and participated in various committees such as the Risk and Compliance Committee, Privacy  Committee, and the Fleet Review Board to help identify, mitigate, and monitor key risks and to assess internal controls. She was also responsible for establishing a formal Sustainability program and goals for the Company. 

A graduate of Penn State University, Renée holds a Bachelor of Science degree. She has obtained her CPCU (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter) Certification from the Insurance  Institute of America and the COSO Internal Control Certification from the AICPA. She currently serves on the Board of a non-profit and previously sat on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the CPCU Society and the NJ RIMS (the Risk and Insurance Management Society) Chapter  Board. She has also been a member of several RIMS National committees and task forces over the years.

Anna Kodryanu     |     Managing Director, Burns & Wilcox  

Anna Kodryanu is the Managing Director of the Burns & Wilcox New York City and New Jersey offices. In her more than 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Anna has worked for global leaders, including AIG and CRC, and has held a variety of roles in underwriting, sales and marketing, brokerage and management. Anna has expertise in the environmental and energy sectors and prides herself on being an innovator and staying ahead of the competition.  

As an industry professional, she has earned a strong reputation as a knowledgeable trusted advisor as well as a well-respected broker and colleague. She was most recently the recipient of Insurance Business America’s Elite Women and Young Guns awards, and was named NY-Young Insurance Professionals 2018 Professional of the Year. Under Anna’s leadership, her Burns & Wilcox office was also named as the organization’s 2018 Partner of the Year. Anna is a graduate of the Kaufman Advancement Management Program (KAMP) a program designed to prepare and propel future leaders within the company.  

Anna earned a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Political Science from Kent State University and holds an Executive MBA in Corporate Finance from Dowling College. She is presently enrolled in a Doctoral program and is on track to receive her PsyD in Human & Organizational Psychology in 2023.  She has earned her CPCU and ARM designations and is fluent in Russian and Spanish. In her spare time, she is enjoys teaching her Zumba classes, running and spending time with her family.
