Join us as our moderator and panelists share their personal experience and insight, then join the conversation with your own comments, questions and experience. Our discussion will be moderated by Lael Chappell of Attune. Our panelists include Anthony Greene of Burns & Wilcox and Candice Germain of Segal Select, with others to join. A full breakfast will be served.

Lael Chappell
Lael Chappell NYC HeadshotLael Chappell of Attune has worked in insurance and financial services for over a decade, beginning at Zurich Financial Services after graduating from the University of Georgia with dual bachelor’s degrees, including a BA in Risk Management and Insurance and a certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership. Lael worked in Zurich Global Corporate Strategic Risk Solutions Group before moving to Marsh and McLennan in 2012 to participate in their 2012 STAR Producer program. In 2015 he transitioned to Willis Towers Watson as AVP of their Real Estate and Hospitality Practice. In 2019, Lael joined Attune as Broker Engagement Lead and is currently leading the development and execution of Attune’s Go-To-Market strategy for their upcoming product launch. He was recently recognized by Business Insurance with its 2019 Breakout Award and was selected as a 2019 Young Gun by Insurance Business of America. Lael is emeritus chair of the Wall Street Alphas Charitable Foundation and is establishing the New York Chapter of the Emerging 100 for the One Hundred Black Men of New York. He is also active in the University of Georgia Terry Business School Young Alumni Board, NAAIA New York, HomeBound Leadership Institute and MODEL26.


Anthony Greene
AnthonyGreeneAnthony Greene is a vice president and broker on the Burns & Wilcox Brokerage team based at its New York office. In this leadership role, he is responsible for the growth of Burns & Wilcox Brokerage within the Northeast, where he works with his team to create solutions and design specialized programs for retail brokers and agents. Anthony has more than a decade of experience in the excess casualty and construction space, having worked with Turner Surety and Insurance Brokerage as a senior risk advisor, where he was responsible for new business development of Wrap-Up programs, and having also held positions with Aon CSG as vice president of Excess Casualty overseeing all Excess Construction placements for the Greater New York region, and AIG, where he managed its Excess Construction business.

Candice Germain
CandiceGermainCandice Germain is a senior broker at Segal Select Insurance. Prior to joining Segal Select, she held similar positions at Alliant, Marsh & McLennan Companies, and Swett & Crawford. She started her career as an Executive Protection Underwriter at Chubb. Candice received a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from Quinnipiac University Lerner School of Business. She holds a resident P&C Broker and Agent license in the State of New York and is an Executive Board Member of the NAAIA New York Chapter.
