By popular demand, the panelists from our July 14 webinar returned on August 5 to address participant questions and carry on this important and enlightening conversation.

The original webinar was held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, with over 150 people viewing. When the webinar ended due to time constraints, nearly a dozen participant questions remained unaddressed and our panelists still had some things to say. So, they committed to come back to the table and continue the conversation on August 5. The result is another deep, productive, and enlightening conversation.

IBANY is committed to keeping this conversation active and making change. We issued a post-event survey to our participants to garner their thoughts on the conversation and gauge interest and need in this area. Here are the results.

IBANY invites you to contact us via email if you are interested in joining a workgroup/task force to share and discuss ideas for how IBANY can play an active role in helping our member companies and their management employees advance racial diversity and equity our companies/departments/offices (all levels!), promote social and economic justice and drive transformational change in our industry and everyday lives.
