Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received by 5:00 pm EST on MAY 5th will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this time will not receive a refund or will be billed for the full amount of their registration. Cancellations must be received in writing to info@ibany.org and you must receive an acknowledgement reply. If you do not receive a reply within 24 hours, please call our office at 518-694-5504 to confirm receipt of your email.

Transfer Policy: Fully paid registrations can be transferred to a new registrant. The current registrant must request the transfer by email to info@ibany.org or by calling our office at 518-694-5504.

No-Show Policy: Registering but failing to attend the event is considered a no-show and will be charged/billed as a full registration. Payment is still required if you do not attend the event and fail to cancel within the time frame outlined above.
